Join us for a free walking tour along the Bronx River and discover the rich history of this vital natural resource. We will explore the river's ecosystems and learn about the habitats, trees, and native and invasive species along the river while visiting historical landmarks. Together, we will learn how to be better stewards to preserve water quality and the future resilience of the river. Our expert tour guide, Amelia Zaino, will begin the tour at the entrance of the White Plains Train Station and end at the Train Station.
*Please remember to bring closed-toed shoes, a refillable water bottle, and sunscreen. We recommend eating a good meal before our walk. FCWC will provide extra supplies if needed.*
