Federated Conservationists of Westchester County, Yorktown100 (in conjunction with CURE100), and Yorktown for Justice invite you to join us. Play Climate Change Bingo to learn about climate change, what you can do to reduce your household emissions, and how to save money.

Description

The team at Yorktown100 has created a fun bingo game to learn some useful information:

Some background on climate change
Typical household emissions levels and how you can actually estimate yours
How you can reduce carbon emissions resulting from your household activities
How you can actually SAVE MONEY while helping our environment

This Pub talk event is free to attend, but there is a $10 fee to play the bingo game to help cover expenses. The first five bingo winners in each session will receive a prize. The person with the most correct answers will win the grand prize (if there are multiple winners, we will randomly choose one). Everyone will have fun and leave with a better understanding of climate change and how they can make a difference.
Session 1 is from 3:30 to 5:00
Session 2 is from 5:30 to 7:00
Food and drinks can be purchased at the event.
Bingo cards can be purchased at the event in cash,
or prepay in your registration.
Walk-ins are welcome but registration is preferred.
